Open the received APK file directly in WeChat or QQ

When WeChat/QQ receives an APK file, .1 will be added after the file name for security reasons, causing the system to fail to recognize it as an application installation package. This application intercepts the apk.1 suffix to avoid the problem that s need to modify the file name after ing before installing.

8.0 and above require permission to allow the app to install other apps.
